Rates • Are subject to availability • Are quoted in Australian dollars • Are for 2 guests per 1 bedroom apartment • Are for 4 guests per 2 bedroom apartment • Minimum night stays required over Victorian public holiday long weekends and some special events • Peak season includes Christmas, Easter, Great Ocean Road Running Festival and summer school holidays Additional Guests • Each 1 bedroom apartment can cater for a maximum of 4 guests including children • Each 2 bedroom apartment can cater for a maximum of 6 guests including children • Rates are based on 2 guests in the 1 bedroom apartments and 4 guests in the 2 bedroom apartments • For 3rd & 4th/5th & 6th guests - adults are charged at $30.00 per person per night and children (5 - 14 years) $20.00 per person per night • All apartments contain a Double size sofa bed to cater for total number of guests Children • Children under the age of 5 years are free of charge when using existing bedding • All children under the age of 5 years must be included in the total number of guests and maximum occupancy must be adhered to as above • One child free per apartment, all other children under 5 years will be charged • Porta cots are available on request free of charge
