• Should travel restrictions be put in place and you are unable to stay with us, you have the choice of a change of dates or a refund of the deposit.
GENERAL
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in time forfeit the deposit for the first night.
PEAK PERIOD CANCELLATION POLICY
• A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellations during the below peak periods, otherwise the deposit of the first night is forfeited. • Easter • Christmas & New Year Holidays • The Great Ocean Road Running Festival
